I'm so sorry for your experience, I also used to switch from 0-100, and I won't lie sometimes I still do but the difference now is that I have learnt to reply in a much calmer way. Because I have noticed that people are afraid of looking within themselves, that's why most are naturally rude and mean for no reason. As you said, you can not control how people respond to you or treat you. The least you can do is continue with the breathing exercises and cry it out because it's so much better to vent and cry than, going back to the woman you no longer want to be. Yoh Zee if there was ever a video of yours that I resonate the most with yilena sana!!
