Welcome back to my channel you lovely people🤍
I thought I would share what I’ve been doing and what I’ve been finding helpful as I start my weight loss, so I hope you enjoy coming on this journey with me!
Please don’t feel like you need to lose weight if you are watching this video. I’m loosing weight for my own personal reasons.
I just want to be honest about what’s happening in my life so thought I’d keep you guys updated🤍
And just to reiterate what I say in my video ~ I am NOT a medical professional ~ I’m just sharing my own personal story and choices. I do not encourage anyone to follow the actions that I talk about in this video or take my video as advice.

10:15 - The key is consistency. If you're setting yourself a goal of going six times a week and you know you're not going to stick with that, you're then going to stop going and it's then going to cause you to go into the habit of not going Amen 🙌 very sound advice! And well done you for your fitness commitment!

Yes exactly that, got to be enough it pushes you a bit but not too much it’s unachievable and puts you off forever! And that’s never so much🙈
