Hey Eric. Just wanted to say your channel has been such an inspiration for me. My freshman year of hs I was the worst player in the perc section, I was so unbelievably bad. Then I discovered your channel which inspired me to make a change. I practiced every day, by the end of my sophomore year I was the section leader. Last week I auditioned on snare for an indoor percussion group and yesterday I received an email offering me a spot on snare. Sorry if I sound like a rookie, this is my first marching percussion experience outside of hs band. Just wanted to say thank you for making your videos and your channel has changed my life and helped me do what I love. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
