Amazing selection buddy, love how you have kept track the amount of days certain bottles have been open! That Bimber collection could go for a very pretty penny, also love that Jameson collection is still going strong!

Thanks. I started tracking how long bottles have been open to see if it affected flavour. In not certain the Bimber is that desirable but I'll open them one day.

Nice one, Toby, always well done those overviews ! Considering how fast the distillery exclusive PX of Cotswolds seem to go (or your visit there was really a while ago which could be, mind you), I'll be interested to hear your thoughts about it...Also of course about the French Breizh whisky....(what a bunch of Bimber you have, btw, amazing...). I recently tried your sample of the Dewar's 21 yo DD & liked it (& saving the second half for a Dewar's overview asap), btw...thanks again. What is the GS "Grand Tour", a distillery exclusive ? Curious of that indie Braeval too...several others interesting too ! Cheers !

Thanks Greg. I'll try and add those to the list for reviewing. My Cotswolds visit was almost 18 month's ago. The Grand Tour was an exclusive for the Whisky Exchange whisky show in 2019.

A few decent whiskies in your publicised collection, but, overall not that impressive. Those bottles have a feel of being commercially driven or influenced choices. Hope your whisky journey develops & expands. Cheers.
