The best advice I ever got was: Fiber makes you full Protein *keeps* you full Fats make you satisfied and Carbs make you happy We all need a balance of each, and whenever you are ready for a meal, you can decide which ones you want to prioritize without having to count.

yes!! also, carbs don't only make you happy but they give you energy!

Hi Sam! My friends dogs were sneezing for a period of time, and apparently one of the issues was that she was burning those bath and body works candles! I believe it was due to the fact her animals were sensitive to whatever scent is being released. There are apparently pet-friendly candle alternatives on the market that have safe essential oils for cats/dogs (Sand and Paws is for sale at Marshalls for instance) May be worth it to stop burning candles for a bit and see if the sneezing lessens!
@brandyhelton5624 Жыл бұрын
I was going to comment the same thing! I researched why my pets were getting sick and figured out that bath and body works scents can actually be toxic to my fur babies. Stop using the brand all together and my animals aren’t sick anymore. Thank you for commenting this!

Long time watcher, first time commenter. I am also going on a PCOS/high BP/ADHD/anxiety journey. One of the best things I’ve done for PCOS is seeing a dietician who explained everything to me and also gave me advice specific to me and my needs. Highly recommend! Also, period undies! I love modibodi (Aussie brand and very size inclusive) but there’s plenty out there and they often have options for night time/more coverage, plus you’re helping to reduce waste. I also have so many thoughts on turning 25, look up the psychology of it and prepare to feel more yourself and at peace with things. Anywho, sorry for the essay!! Bye! ❤

Remember to give yourself grace. And try to speak to yourself the way you would a friend. I think it’s great you are sharing your hobbies, anything working with the hands can be good for anxiety because it gives you something to focus on but also a physical outlet to burn off some of the anxiety. I am a many moons older than you but I think your self awareness and transparency are very relatable and make your videos such a pleasure to watch. You’re doing good girl!!

Omg I don’t know how I didn’t see this video but I’m so happy you’re crocheting!! I always crochet while watching your videos ❤ how I fixed my tension when learning was literally watching KZbin videos on different ways to hold the yarn until I found something that works for me. I’ve tried showing people how I hold it and it doesn’t work for them. Everyone is different and you’ll have to find what works for you by trying different things and then sticking to one way! It may not be perfect at first but the more you practice, the easier it gets! Once you get your tension right, then practice practice practice and you’ll get faster in no time!

You should try a little bit of all the types of crochet patterns to find your favorite! Blankets (in the round, rows, and assembled squares), wearables, tote bags, and amigurumi! I learned over lockdown and did a little bit of everything, although intricate blankets are definitely my favorite. The best advice I can give is, if you see a pattern you love, GO FOR IT!! For me that was a Persian Tiles (google it it's so pretty) blanket, couldn't put it down until it was done, took about 120 hours over 3 months time to finish. With youtube and google, no pattern is beyond reach in my opinion, just may take a little more learning as you go, happy crocheting!!!
