Esthetician student here and I just wanted to give you a tip for draining your lymph nodes… apply less pressure when opening your lymph nodes. This will allow your lymph nodes to drain properly. Forceful tension allows them to clog. When you do the circles make sure they are very small circles with light pressure. When using guasha just make sure you are going slow and the pressure is light. You will notice your face getting slimmer and you should even be able to feel the drainage in your throat. If your throat feels scratchy or you swallow a lot that means you are doing it correctly. If not you can swell your body more and even get sick. Good luck!!

Big sister moment: The diva cup is amazing. They recommend replacing it once every 6 months/1 year... but with proper sanitation and storage between periods, I've had the same one for 6 years? and only now feel I need to replace it. Highly recommend.

Menstrual cups are amazing! They say every 6 months to a year? Rip off. It's common knowledge they last anywhere from 5 to 10 years. Not every cup works for everyone, so the Diva cup might not be appropriate for Samantha.

Girl I have the reusable flex disc and it has CHANGED MY LIFE!! I’m able to empty it without having to do anything but just going to the bathroom like normal and the slight pressure from peeing helps it empty. My periods are not a crazy pain in the ass anymore and I’m so thankful!!

My aunt leaves a bin of soapy water in her sink during the day. We each use it to quickly wipe out our dishea and immediately put them in the dishwasher. Nobody has to deal with anything gross but the tub at the end of the night. It's great.

I love my flex disc! I started with the disposable ones and then I switched to the reusable one. I used tampons for 15+ years and they were becoming uncomfortable. After 2 years I am still loving my flex disc. I rarely have leakage but occasionally use a pad too especially if I'm wearing light colored pants. I hope you continue having a good experience with this period product.

Hi Samantha! Im a licensed esthetician, when using your Gua Sha stone I recommend getting a vanity facial steamer, it will allow your skin to stay wet without having to use more and more of your product you don’t probably don’t want to use lots of!!! Hope this helps 💞

I very rarely comment on videos but I want to say that you're really helping me navigate my life. I'm 18 and being a very young adult kinda suck. You motivated me to go to therapy and taught me that vulnerability is necessary and a strength. I developed hobbies like writing, painting and cooking. I just want to recommend something that helped me a lot with the acceptance of my body and it's yoga. Yoga is a sport, like you don't just sleep and stay calm. But it's a sport that isn't about competition. You can't be bad at yoga so you accept what your body is able to do or not and focus more on the how it feels and your breath. It helped me a lot and saved my relationship with sport to be honest. Anyway, I love you thank you so much for what you do xx (im sorry if there's spelling mistakes my first language is french)

I love menstrual cups!! I completely switched over 5 years ago. You can reuse one for around 10 years, they are safe inside of you for 12 hours, and I have never had one leak!! I’m at total convert and advocate for them!
