I have found the key to happiness is being thankful for what you have right now vs being upset for what you don’t have or wanting what others have. Social media and internet has made us think that money is the key to happiness. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Look at celebrities and how insane most of them are. Don’t put money on a pedestal. I have worked for Fortune 500 company for the past 10 years. I have chose to not promote because we love where we are. I’m not making a ton of money by any stretch of the imagination but I make enough to provide for my wife and daughter. My wife and I are so happy right now. One key component for us both is that we don’t post our life on social media. I highly recommend people take a break from it. Don’t use it for 3 months and I bet you will notice a huge recess to your anxiety and depression. Btw not knocking what you all do AT ALL. I love the videos you make. I’m just speaking for what worked for us.

Hey, just wanted to say I think Gen X might really connect with your content and style-not saying other generations won’t, but there’s something there that I think could resonate. A couple of ideas to toss around: First, maybe try finding an incredible story to dive into and then bring your unique talents to it. I know everyone says “tell your own story-it’s the most impactful,” and that’s totally valid. But I also think you two have this amazing ability to bring any story to life through your acting, singing, and production skills. That’s your niche. Gen X especially grew up loving that kind of creative storytelling-DnD, Star Wars, roller skating vibes-and they’d probably eat it up. Just something to consider! Keep up the amazing work. 💫
