Good man. You were very sweet. I personally cannot tolerate carbquik. I tried it but it has a weird taste that I just can't get past. Keto Upgrade (Alycia) If you don't have not allergies Samiyah offers the most like traditional foods. Everything from tender pound cake to fluffy and light donuts to macaroni and cheese. Her recipes are #1. Victoria makes a variety of flours that are wonderful. I recently made impressive buttermilk biscuits (Dream Biscuits by America's Test Kitchen) using her newest Keto flour.
