About to get my PPL. Thinking about the RV9A as a first plane of my own brought me here. What a great adventure. Congrats on the solo and for sharing the adventure. I'm now looking forward to my own second, first solo!, maybe in an RV9A

How do you like the DC One-X headset compared to Bose A20 hubby wears?
@svtpete832 жыл бұрын
My wife loves her DC's. We have spent a few flights with each others headsets and they both are great. We also have a pair of Zulu 3's. The zulu 3's mic doesn't pic up quite as good as the others. The DC's are more comfortable to wear on a long trip. The Bose have a touch better noise cancelling. If push came to shove, she wouldn't trade her DC1X's for any of them!

building my 7A and intend to teach my kids and wife in it. I have a question about your 9. What type of seats are you using?
@svtpete83 Жыл бұрын
Our seats and seat cushions are made by a company called oregon aero. They make some great stuff! I would also look into the antisplat almost a 14 mod. This gave me much more adjust-ability when it came to seating and positioning. Good luck with the build!!
