Cindy rocks and the holding hands part shows that there is plenty of real love and connection in your relationship👍 there is nothing on this planet more valuable than that! I am also super annoyed about the lack of volume differentiation of urgency on my proximity sensory system of my Kia. Just driving into my narrow multi family houses underground garage from the 70's drives me crazy. Also if people drive up to close to my car it starts beeping🙄. It seem to be a generic issue, when it can be simply fixed by a software change making the distance control the volume. I often wonder why no automotive software developer seems to be driving a car in real life or if so, then not with his own software enabled?!

Great, and straightforward review, Cindy (as expected!) … it’s a credit to VW ( and I don’t frequently give credit to VW in the last 10 years !! ) that made this car feel similar to the smaller ID3. That is some clever design work. Have heard other reviewers complain about the loud indicators - wonder if they, VW, will turn it down in a software update. So many have complained about it. Anyway, thanks for review, Cindy, much appreciated. 👍🏻

I agree with the backup beeping! it's insane how it beep and then goes solid BEEEEEEEEEEEE but I don't hit anything, in fact I have inches to spare on the side of my garage.

When I use Peugeot cabrio, it's seatbelt is also way back and then instead of usual grabbing it on top, by right hand, I use left hand down and back, works much easier.

I didn't thing you could even be pushed to not use the blinkers (because they are uncomfortable to use/loud) like some Audi/BMW drivers, haha, but I could see how this makes some sense, after all. Maybe it's all related to the obnoxiousness of the user interface (the loud or quiet quality of the sound).

When the car has that silly welcome screen where you need to confir it is you, can you identify yourself vs wife there, so the car can change settings? Are there separate settings/profiles per driver anyway? Not only seat/mirrors.
