I would’ve never heard of Sleep Token until I saw Will’s vocal cover, and after hopping down the Sleep Token rabbit hole, I am now a huge fan of them! Vessel’s voice is pure magic, and Vessel 2’s drumming is phenomenal! That being said, as much as I love Sleep Token’s version of Hypnosis, I think I love Will’s cover a little more… yes, I said what I said-don’t come for me! 😂 Super sad this isn’t on Spotify tbh.

i think to try to bring it to some kind of summary of why we all dig this one. so bands that hit huge breakdowns all the time are a dime a dozen as they say. those that do that kinda trade we expect it. and when the huge breakdown happens we go "sick" and move on. course its kinda all they do so it goes flat for a bit. a band that can do melody like sleep token is a rare thing. so adding huge breakdowns just isnt even fair as thats one more huge feather in the cap for them that stands them out. i mean sure they done breakdowns before but. yeah. not many bands would also have the balls to pull a funky outro and make it stick lol
