The common denominator? We all have ADHD. It’s just something we do

I've 100% done this exact thing before, either because I was putting something away and in the middle of cleaning, or through the good ol' food in hand phone in the fridge switcheroo. I've also nearly thrown away a shirt once because my mom told me to "throw it in the washing machine" but she told me from another room and I didn't hear the last bit due to auditory processing issues, so I just thought she wanted me to throw it away. When she found it we had a good laugh about it. So yeah, never forget, ADHD and Autism are both a spectrum! Not one person experiences it the same way, that's why it's so hard to diagnose!
