Happy Birthday Sharon. Looks like a good time. Gary did well with the lawnmower. The dog is probably drawn to the cement as it retains the feces smell and signals to him that this is the place to go. Vinegar will remove the scent. Try to get him to go where Barney goes. Those pheromones will attract him there.
