@@daakrolb Depends, running through a red light at midnight on an empty road doesn't. If he was still working murders, I would agree, but in his position the leniency is totally okay. He doesn't like repeated offenders obviously, but if you made one mistake, he wants you to know better, not pay the city hall. I agree with him and if I was working as a judge in traffic, I would be pretty similar because we share the similar point of view of the world we live in. In a world where everybody just wants your money, the kindness and compassion is vaning.

May be i cud be wrong though, but i felt the lady is struggling to speak clearly. She could be in the case of isolation for too long, and not having many people to speak or share, in such cases, mental ability to think gets showed down and the vocal ability is struggled too. I could feel that she is undergoing some kind of stress within and has crushed too many feelings recently inside, so the brain is tuned to talk less. Sorry, i could be wrong, but i can relate to her place and strongly believe she needs help n company asap to treat that depression. Can your team take a look at that lady's life and help her. I am a big fan of you sir, i strongly believe u have a great ability to judge, and also heal the pain for many of those people who visit you. Keep up ur good work in the world

My husband got a ticket, he went to court along with about 20 other people. The first thing the judge said was "all of you here to plead your case for a ticket, forget it. pay your tickets". No justice. My husband was so angry. A trucker had gotten a speeding ticket and the police officer said he was doing 120 km/hr. The trucker's rig is barred at 90 km/hr. He was pissed off and stormed out of that court room like every other person there. That is justice in Quebec. Justice is non-existent. Love watching these shows and seeing a human being listening to people instead of treating them as a waste of time.

I always say this. Judge de caprio, should be be awarded the presidential medal of freedom. This is a medal given by the president of the United States of America. For those who go above and beyond , to make the life of citizens better. Every one can read it. He deserves it. I can say this. My pa was a veteran , he died young , he taught me wrong from right. Unfortunately I only heard about him after his death . You are a judge. In this world. But your judgement goes into the next. A few dollars here , or a few dollars more. Can make the difference. In a world where a dollar means food, or medicine.

@@HIGHLY-y5t He is part of the judiciary. It's the legislation and the lack of knowledge about constitutional rights that is the issue with judges and police. He will lock you up for the wrong thing in an instant if the law tells him he has to, and there are situations where he will have his hands tied and I can guarantee you he will have no qualms about following the law REGARDLESS of morality, just to keep his job. I dont expect he is any better than any other judge, in fact... being THIS nice is a hell of a tactic to actually instill fear in people he wants to intimidate by surprising them when they find out he actually belongs to the eternally corrupt bar association.

That happened to my wife in Pa. 17 parking tickets, yet none on the car. Went to court and the judge had in his hand, all 17 tickets that were supposed to be left on the car. We had to bring it up to the judge, he thought about it, then it dawned on him we were right. Nothing happened to the corrupt cop though. We refused to pay a cent & still have not paid 1 cent towards the tickets that were never issued. Corruption runs amuk ! Luckily for RI, you guys have an honest judge with a soul still intact.

I had the exact same case as that lady,except there was a car behind me ,and I told the judge that if I hit the breaks I would cause an accident.Yet he didnt even pay attention to what I said and fined me with $150 and couple points on my record and took 3 years to expunge it with another$120 .Button line,be thankful if have a case and judge Caprio sees it.
