Ghosts of Geonosis is the first part of the ongoing lesson for Ezra that HOW they fight is as important as why they fight. The Jedi order fell because they lowered themselves to the level of their enemies- just like Saw died- and look what it's done to him. He's become obsessive and erratic and really, a lot like Maul.

24:30 so unless your deep into star wars lore you wont get what he drew. in the comics when the empire came into control they forced the geonosians to make the death star parts. then once their used is done vader as a bunch of stormtroopers came and killed ALL the geonosians so they wouldnt escape or let secrets out. except one of the newer born geonosian as you see here survived and is keep the royal egg safe till it hatches.

I don’t think you need to be deep into Star Wars lore. You just need to have common sense of Star Wars and a lot of things goes over Jen head. I only watch Star Wars movies, and I just started watching rebels, and I knew he was drawing the death star.

Jen's face after Thrawn's speeder bike demo is priceless. The TIE Defender first appeared in the PS Rebel Assault game 25 years or so ago. Thrawn is opposed to useless violence however, he can be ruthless if the situation demands it. It's been intergrated in canon with Thrawn's building of a new fighter doctrine. Thrawn prefers to not waste ressources on useless superweapons. Building an Imperial equivalent to the X-Wing could have won the war for them. (funny enough the X-Wing was originally designed FOR the Empire but they thought it was too expansive and dismissed the contract in favor of Siennar's TIE fighter. Incom Corp then decided to "leak' the X-Wing plans into the general market as revenge, hence how the Rebels had some, built secretely in various factories across the galaxy. If you hear the first Fulcrum transmission, it is easily recognizable as Kallus's voice from the start. He was helping the Rebels from the start and only shown resentment against the Lassat at first. Otherwise he was playing both sides. Ahsoka's voice was heard only in the last episodes of the first season as Fulcrum. THe Empire used the Geonosians as slaves to build the Death Star and them wiped them out to avoid witnesses to speak inadvertedly. They commited a genocide on an entire race just to preserve the secret of their superweapon...

Saw Guerrera is one of those characters who I feel people really need to see episodes like this to get the point with him. Click Clack was trying to communicate as evidenced by the pictures in the sand. Meaning he was trying to cooperate. But there was no possible way they could have gotten past the language barrier until they got back to the base and got a translator droid. So for Saw to keep shocking him like that, without asking any questions mind you, it's not only cruel, it's impractical. That's how unhinged he is and why he and the Rebellion don't see eye to eye. This is why I get annoyed when audiences look at Star Wars and call the rebels terrorists. Saw Guerrera is a terrorist. Luke Skywalker and Ezra Bridger are rebels. There is a difference. And this is not me saying everyone in the Rebellion were good guys, this is me saying there is a spectrum in terms of the methods

Since Saw’s character had been used in Rogue One at this point. People were upset that in the movie they didn’t give the actor contacts to change his eye color to the one of his origin. So when they brought Saw back for Rebels they changed the eye color of his animated self to match the one in the movie

Fulcrum was actually a code word used back in the Clone Wars, although the origin escapes me atm. In fact, Ahsoka used it when contacting Anakin in CW S7 (which came out *after* Rebels btw) and Anakin mistook it as someone else contacting him. IIRC it was Saw Guerrera.

Fulcrum was the name of the subspace network Anakin established to covertly maintain communications with Saw Gerrera during the Onderon arc of Clone Wars. This is why, in the CWS7 Seige of Mandalore, Anakin assumes it is Saw contacting them when they recieve a "Fulcram" transmission - which turns out to be Ahsoka instead. All of which happens long before the rebels existed.

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but if you want to know more about Thrawn, read the trilogy "the Heir to the Empire (1991)". It is considered a legends book so not apart of the current canon. If you want canon material then read Thrawn (2017) and it's sequels.
