Pamela Hughes Well congrats on reading. I'm just saying.... it is highly unlikely that all these gurus do this as a part of their "everyday" night routine. They try to make their life look so glamorous when it all just seems so fake. This is strictly my opinion so if you don't like it, I'm sorry.

A lot of them explain they don't show themselves eating because they say they are sure fans don't want to watch them eat and think it takes up time from showing other things when it's pretty self explanatory but I know Bethany M. shows herself eating in her videos.

Most Filipinos Shower in the morning & wash/cleanse at night. That's how we're brought up. There are times we shower again before sleep after doing strenuous activities like working out, etc. :)
