Wow. You have psoriasis. I have that too. =) VCO has helped me a lot. I put it on every night before sleeping. It's really good. I also use tea tree soap. I just thought you might wanna try out.

I'm going to buy those Eucerin products for my mum and look at what else they do. She has had terrible eczema since she was child and even had to sleep with bandages all over her back then as she would scratch her skin til it bled at night. She's seen an improvement by adding avocado and smoked salmon to her diet but I really want to help her further.

you should boil the water first before putting the pasta in the pan. Really important in order to not overcook the pasta and keep it al dente

She did - that water is being poured in out of a kettle, it's a common shortcut rather than waiting ages for water to boil in a pan :)

Anita I find this is pretty harsh to say, but I do also find that most videos are on a constant loop. I love the wardrobe ones since seasons change and so does your clothing, but I have the idea Anna is very dedicated to her favourites (can relate!) and therefore it seems like there is so much same old.
