The 'Theresa G' 3 head was hilarious. I'm 57-year-old black woman originally born and raised in Queens New York who has never worn braids, never want extensions, never won a wig And I have been to a hair salon two times in my life and neither was a positive experience. I really only wear a little eyeliner and pressed powder on special occasions and I don't go to many special occasions. 🤣. Just not my thing. Your natural hair is on point.. personally I don't like the wig because it looks like a wig. I normally throw a basic wig on and a hat for wig. Pull it off at home, everyday. I recently just purchased a wig like this on Amazon, but it came with a box of supplies. I dyed it jet black and blow dried it . I will style today for work tomorrow. I’m so clueless but will figure it out. I’m on a journey to grow my edges back and braided my hair yesterday, so I’ll join in on the three month challenge to grow 3-5 by summer. New subscriber❤❤❤.

Hey bevy! My name is Rakiyah and my hair is shedding and breaking so much that it is causing me to lose my mind and worry so much about my hair health. I came to the conclusion that combing my hair frequently and touching my hair so damn much that it is not doing very well is one of the reasons why my hair looks and feels bad. I’m one of those girls who are doing the most but not reaping all of the length and thickness that I should have by now. I also think that stress, hormones and vitamin deficiencies are also a contributing factor to my overall hair health. I take Nutrafol and use some oil serums to help me with the hair loss but I have a hard time keeping my hands off of my hair and that is on of the main reasons why I obsess over my hair. It looks really horrible. Help!!! What should I do?

Hey love, I’m really sorry to hear how this is affecting you. The first thing I can say is try to relax. Sometimes doing too much works against you. Right now don’t do another thing to your hair. Wash it with a nourishing shampoo and conditioner then deep condition with a moisturing conditioner. Twist it or braid then just put it under a wig your hair is tired. Once you leave your hair alone the first thing you need to do is see a dermatologist and your primary care to take a blood panel and a hormone panel to see what is really going on with you. Your hair is trying to tell you something. Ask the dermatologist for a scalp evaluation. You have to slow down to speed up but I promise you this is the beginning of getting your hair healthy and strong again.

Hey Bev 🎉 Ok I have a question pertaining to skincare.. What do you think about the Vt cica 300 reedle shot? Yes I've already purchased it and used it once... This particular bottle should be used every 3 days..I'm thinking that might be too much maybe twice a week🤔 It's supposed to help the skin absorb products better however now I'm wondering about what can happen long-term like do these reedles disolve eventually or what? yup I've done some backward type ish.. Not poor man’s sew in 😂😂… my version is fresh silk press on my hair…and i wear a clip in the house, and v part wig out the house…i put my hair in two low ponytails and pin my length around my head. Poor man’s sew in is my new technical term for this…bc i can’t braid. 😂
