I understand Niki I have anxitey disorder and whenever there's a mess I have to clean it and one time I lost my phone at Ikea and I can't see well I have detachted retnia for high risk of loosing my eyesight so I already can't see well and I will start to panic and I will shut down and start breathing heavily I have to take two anti deppressionts and anxitey and theyroid medince

Mix the oil and the heat protector together or put the oil in first!!!! The kerastase elixir does have heat protecting properties. You can also put the oil in wet hair and as a finishing step after curling your hair.
