My best winter-shower tip: Get a mini-space heater! Turn it on 5min before you get in the shower to warm up your bathroom! If the bathroom is warmer, you won't feel like you need your water to be as hot, so you won't scald and dry out your skin! I love it, I'm warm when I get in the shower, and I am still warm after I get out.

I've heard that random blowdrying is a nasty source for split ends or damaging your ends by frizzing them up, so I've always been taught to blowdry downward - since I started only drying downwards my ends are NEVER frizzy

If you blow dry your hair at a down angle you won't get as many fly aways because they'll be angled down, so first lip your hair for volume, then use a brush to hold your hair out to the side and then at the top of your head blow dry angling down, you'll keep your volume but loose your flyaways

If you don't like the video just leave, there is no need to bring a person down and btw she can't ALWAYS repeat which products are sponsored and which are not. I don't know how often you check your comments, but I just thought you might want a helpful tip: Vigorously rubbing your face when washing it produces more oils, which feed acne. If you spread your fingers apart and very gently massage the facewash into your skin, it makes a noticeable difference. This is direct information from an esthetician, btw. I can say that it made a huge difference when I tried it, and I also have very oily, acne-prone skin. Hope this helps! xoxo

Apart from my little awkwardness regarding the shower scene, what really disappoints me is the very obvious display of sponsored/free items. Which I wouldn't have problem with if it was done with a 'disclaimer' saying that 'this product was sent to me for review, but all my opinions are my own.' Depending where you live it can dip into the 30's at night. But in Southern Ca, its rare to be in the 50's. For someone who lives in Ca all year long that can be considered cold. I'm a Ca native and I live in NYC, and I laugh when family tell me they are cold.

When i went to the hair stylist they told me when i blow dry my hair to point it down and dry my hair downwards. So it helps with knots and split ends. I have noticed a huge difference since then. Just wanted u to know if that helps (:

This is so great! I'd just note to combat frizz in the winter I've stopped using a towel to wrap my hair and substituted a clean cotton t-shirt. Its just as absorbent but is incredibly gentle on locks!

Your tips are amazing and have been life changing for me:) if you don't mind I have a quick tip as well...when you put cream on your neck and face, always make sure to rub it in upwards instead of downwards.
