So far so good. Like you said, jump rope is pretty tough on certain parts of the body, so I hope you're able to slowly and carefully strengthen those to be able to to more and more. You WILL get stronger, I just wish you good luck in doing it carefully! Never hesitate to see a Physiotherapist or something similar to get advice on safe strengthening exercises. Good luck! Rooting for ya! Folk like you motivate us both young and old

Keep going, but try and wear tracksuit bottoms and trainers it will be easier wearing loser clothing. Also instead of jumping two footed try jogging on the spot whilst skipping with the rope, it becomes a lot easier and build your confidence more in using it. But keep it up, remember to have rest days and also diets a big one drink 8 glasses of water a day and try for boiled veg and chicken, or oven baked fish, stay away from fried foods and red meats and substitute sugary foods for fruit, bananas have potassium in which is good for cramp and they contain fibre, apples are good and oranges get vit B and C in you from them and try doing a fast day every 2 days. So on that day just drink water every time you feel hungry down a glass of water and what happens is your body starts technically eating itself, but it eats all the toxins in you, the health benefits in fasting are massive it can eat toxins that could turn cancerous and loads of things, Asian people do it all the time and they statistically live a long time. But you’re doing well keep it up this time next year compare the videos you will see a massive difference try yoga as well watch some yoga videos and try that you’ll be surprised how much weight you lose and how toned your body can become just by holding a posed for 5 minutes a day. All the best though.

I dont want to be judging you from that single video, but i think you should stick to the very basics, for now. Like... walking around the block, and some stretching... Shadow boxing is great, but you need more focus on your footwork and mobility, in my opinion.
