please note that if you’re trying to watch this to look like lily, so much of how slim she is is her body type and genetics. it can be motivating to see and workout but please don’t let this affect how much you eat or your view of yourself. body types and metabolisms are genetic

A lot of it is actually what you eat and if you work out of course genetics can make a difference but you can’t blame genetics on being lazy and not taking care of ur body

I used to not be able to but I started doing 10 crunches and then 20-50 a day and then got to 100. I don’t do them every day but I could if I tried enough. you just have to push yourself, believe in yourself, and try your hardest :)

i need motivation, i want abs like that. every like= every day i do this workout x (p.s love you lily your gorgeous) edit- damn thats alot of likes. im starting today ill give you daily updates x day 1- i couldn't get through all the leg raises in one go, and probably need to work on my form. but overall i sweated a lot but my abs didn't really hurt after? either im doing it wrong or i'll feel it tommrow.. day 2- so i forgot to do the 100 crunches in day 1 so i felt it way more today, and i did it with my normal ab workout. it was intense, but good. day 3- unfortunatetly i couldn't do it because i was unwell. but ill make up for it by adding an extra day. but i feel like im starting to already feel healthier.

@@faith-we7su yep got that. but for me a challenge really helps me to push myself to a new goal and keep going with it. i usually workout atleast 3-6 times a week as it is. and her ab workout is somewhat similair to mine but alot longer and more reps, (in other words harder) which is why i wanna try it. i used to only walk 3-5k and then i pushed myself for a month and a half almost everyday and got to a average of 10k. so for me it helps :) because im very compeitive but i understand where ur coming from. thanks (also appoligies for the longest ever response)

she seems like a very sweet girl, but for those who are watching this just be aware that you can tell most of her body comes from her genetics. watching her just warm up you can tell she has very little muscle and doesnt do very high intensity/heavy exercise. which is fine for her! i just want to remind people watching this video that what keeps her skinny might not keep you skinny because shes actually doing very light exercise and doesnt have much muscles. youre all doing great!

no, thats unnecessary and not even true. she has a great body and she works really hard to make it even more healthy, as well as fit and defined. she eats really good and i take inspiration from the kinds of foods she eats and her portions because it’s very realistic and not like a raw vegan diet or something extreme. and her exercise has a lot of cardio from the boxing, which is also something that takes muscle memory and skill. her ab exercises are quite intense and that’s why she has killer abs! that might all be ‘very light exercise’ to you but that’s more than most teenagers. and i mean maybe you think she has ‘very little muscle’ but the majority of people don’t want to be female bodybuilders, not gonna lie

@@blkbarbie2671 it is true. its ok if you dont have the fitness exercise background to assess and understand but dont tell me im wrong. even just a short scroll through the comments and youll see other professionals saying the same thing. in addition, you dont get abs from doing ab exercises. you get abs by having great overall body muscle mass and/or low body fat. all those female bodybuilders that you dont want to look like who have ACTUALLY killer abs? they never have an “ab day” or “ab session”. they do heavy compound lifts that force their core to stabilize their body. oh and also, trust me, you arent going to just magically look like a bodybuilder by lifting weights and having strength. there is a difference in strength training and training for hypertrophy which is why so many powerlifters are far stronger than they look they would be. you are not going to look like a female bodybuilder unless you dedicate serious hard time and work and YEARS and possibly supplement with drugs. so thats an irrational fear anyway. so, go fact check yourself and stop coming at me a year late. as i said, she seems super cool and im glad this works for her, i just dont want other young impressionable girls watching her videos who arent naturally slim and are overweight etc (the types of clients i get) to think by doing this type of workout they are going to look like her.

Your boxing training scene reminds me of my old days and the relationship between you and your trainer looks so nice. Boxing is a kind of hard sport as you know.
