I know that Pink is not your brand color at all!, Jordan ( But I absolutely loved you in the Pink Outfit that you wore in the Barbie Musical Number on The Voice and you were trying something new that wasn’t easy since you are known as the woman in Black which is your brand for your Country Music Career🥹🥹and I almost cried hearing this story that you told 😭😭😭!), You look absolutely gorgeous in this video 😍😍😍and I know that you could try new things ❤️

Even in pink, with that hat and those shades, you still looked bad-ass. It's a challenge to get out of our comfort zones, but you were a warrior. Thank you for being in the finale!

When I first saw you post the title of this video my heart sank and I was like “okay we ride at dawn,” but watching the actual thing I totally understand where you were coming from (as a fellow tomboy). I remember being glad that you did get to have a moment on the finale stage, so I’m glad you had the support system and confidence to go for it! Proud of you!

The people that get the work are willing to adapt. All those hair bands in the 1980s vanished because they couldn't adapt to the sounds and styles of the 1990s. Even the sound and style of country keeps changing.

Jordan, I was hoping you would have gone further on the Voice. I do hope your career provides you hapiness and success. Yes, I cringed when watching you "participate" in that dance. That was uncomfortable to watch. My heart just hurt knowing that this was not what you wanted to do. I give you a lot of credit for sucking it up. I hope in the future you perform close to where I live. I would definitely see you live. Keep rockin' the black Jordan!

Hmm, y'know, that's what people do. They guilt ya! "Are you a quitter, or are you gonna finish what you started?" Here's what I think: That identity you created..... "The Woman in Black?" That is ALSO something you started! You started it before The Voice. You maintained during every stage of The Voice. You undoubtedly continued it after The Voice. That, too, is something YOU STARTED! And these people were asking you....... expecting you....... to give that up. The show did......... and so did your mom! The Voice is not something you started and finished. The Voice is something you did in the middle. It's something you did BETWEEN creating your own unique identity....... and continuing with that unique identity, afterwards! Your instincts to resist were dead on the money, as far as I'm concerned. Sorry to say it, but to the producers, you-the-individual didn't matter; not even a little a bit. They just saw you as one more Barbie Doll they could dress up in pink and make sing and dance! So...... go back to being The Woman in Black........ and don't give it up again until YOU are ready to make a change, yourself! Sorry, I know you wanted to be on the finale, but I think it was giving in to the Pink was the real "quitting." But! You seem to be back on track, now, so go for it!

You were authentically yourself throughout & you fought it because it felt fraudulent or gimmicky. That was a tough place to be in. You showed up in pink to honor those around you & your Mama’s words. As much as I admire authenticity, I admire your reasons for stepping into an outfit that was not representative of who you are. 🙌💗

hi what im not likeing about the voice is what they want you wear and sing. also when it comes to the voting if you have more votes then someone else with less votes moves up in stead of you .the people who are in charge of the voice are rigging the votes its not fair at all.

Could've put a black hat and accessories with it. Why the hate of color?
@JordanRainer5 ай бұрын
Not a hate of the color, I’m just such a tomboy, not a girlie girl, and so wearing all pink was really embarrassing for me. Sounds silly maybe, but it was just soooo out of character for me

I mean, it was their production, you should wear the color required. It's like a play. Put on the costume. It's not like it was your personal music video.

In a play you play different characters. A lot of singers wear outfits that can be an extension of them as an artist.
