I had known about SV for quite some time and never got around to trying it yet, my main scrublord loosely demanded I Co-op with him. We played non-stop until Day 1 of Fall, maybe 6 hours of dedicated learning and grind? The next night I blew him off for playing solo instead, another sleugh of trial and error learning and improving. I told him the truth the next day and he didn't care 🤣 we played another 9 hour session after all the way to mid winter and I was fully addicted to everything Stardew Valley. Make sure you start collecting hay from day 1. Don’t cut ANY grass until you have your first silo made. In your first few years when the farm area isn’t filled let grass grow like crazy and cut some of it every few days. The patch will keep growing and making more. Always have 1 barn/coop that’s not full so you can take the hay out when the silo is full. By year 3 I usually have like 5 stacks of hay, it lasts a while!
