Hi Darcy, I've tried 3 Ziip halo devices. The silver top began lifting off the first 2, they were replaced but then the 3rd after only a few times using wouldn't charge, so that went back for a refund. Disappointing because the few times I used it I liked the results. I'm tempted to try again but as you can imagine I have doubts. Have you ever had problems with the Ziip or is it just me?

Hi I personally never had any issues with my ZIIP Halo and I got it as soon as it came out. And even the ZIIP I got in 2016 still works. Last year ZIIP had an issue with their factory, but they assure me it's fixed and it should not happen again. So I think the ZIIPS you got were all from the same batch that is why you had to return it which is I agree it's unfortunate. My mother in law also got a ZIIP this year a few months ago and she had no issues. It's been over a year that they had the bad batch on their factory. I feel it's for sure not an issue anymore, but I understand the concern.
