@teresavoces9108 hi all the treatments are free on the ziip and they always add new ones often. The ziip and bear are different and have different features and different type of microcurrent. I love both and either one you choose, you will get results.

There is a lot of counterfeit of this masks around but the one I used did work. However there is too many fake ones sold online so unless you buy from a reputable source you may have gotten a fake one. The site I talk about on this video was reputable and sold original ones.

I find best to do it in the morning because my face is often puffy in the morning but you can do it anytime you need it.

HI the APP is free. It does have a subscription option to add more video tutorial, extra warranty. but you dont' need to pay for the app to use it. HI I've been using since 2019. That is currently 5 years. I bought it as soon as it came out before there were any KZbin videos about it. To see results you only need to use it for 90 days and I've been using on and off for 5 years so that is plenty of time to know if worked for me and also to be able to say from my experience that I have had no fat loss from it and no bad side effects from using it for 5 years. As far as long term results 5 years is enough to show long term results since most devices if there is any bad side effects such as fat loss or more wrinkle you should see it even within 1 years of use. The Nuface is microcurrent and not EMS. If you experience facial twitching with the Nuface it means you are using on too high of a level so use it on lower level for best results with microcurrent. EMS always have twitching even on level 1 but it is works different than microcurrent. So if you experience twitching with microcurrent lower the level because it's too high.
