For a while, skipping that addition of secret ingredient, I only see hard work in this video in making this organic perfection without using any modern day temperature checking gadgets. we sitting on warm cosy sofas become part of their skill in learning organic products. Thanks for the video to show the truth about this. I don't want to buy this thing again if everyone prepares it like this dirty unclean way. They cut the sugar can and put it right away in the crushing machine without cleaning or washing. Then that liquid was stored in open cement made tank which seems obvious not clean. Then they stand in side the pan, later on they put this stuff on a dirty surface where a guy is stepping. Oh my dear God there is no sense of cleanliness and no body from the health objects this? I am an Indian who grew up in India most of my life and I effin love Jaggery until I saw this video. Hygiene does not cost fortune, all it needs is awareness and Information about it. A appreciate their labour, but it's hard not to notice every single step, right from crushing the canes up until packaging the jaggery, being conducted in utterly unhygienic ways. Had I not already stopped consuming jaggery (after realizing too much sugar isn't healthy), this video would certainly have made me do so. Nevertheless I am glad that now I have an idea how they make it. Can't wait to share this knowledge with my mom and see what she does with the huge jar of jaggery (that was fun to say) that arrived this week and sent by a relative in Bihar. XD

after checking the consistency he throwed the rest of jaggery in to the pan along with water. He shoukd have throwed it out what a disgusting thing. It was my favourite food but from now I not going to eat it anymore
