President Talon did not take power by force and governed well before Traore. So stop thinking about any Traore effect. Talon transformed Benin even though Benin has no natural resources. Many thinking only of their bellies and nostalgic for free food without suffering without working, will say that Talon does nothing. Yet he transformed the country.
