Does chr9nic fatigue mimic symptoms of MG? Such as weak arms, run out of energy quickly, can't hold,head up because of neck burning pain etc? My arms are burning just typing this out, and my neck muscles are as well. I don't have the "trigger points" that are suppos3d to be associated with chronic fatigue, but docs don't know what is going on, and have me down as having cf.

Hi sir I have ocular myasthenia gravis since 2016….. now sometimes I feel weakness in hands and legs while walking….. and even i put tablets like pyridostigmine 30 mg 4 tyms and prednisolone 7 mg from past 8 years by putting these tablets also i get double vision and drooping eyelids….. if i remove thymoma can i get improvement

Morning me bhi meri ptotis bani rhti hai subha se raat tak. Subha wo aankh bhari lgta hai ..sir main isko Delhi aiims me treatment ke liye gaya waha mera ACHAR antibody test negative Musk antibody negative Cpk 145 negative CT chest look thymoma negative EMG Negative RNST Negative Neostimagine test Negative Sirf ek ice pack par meri aankh 2 mm khul Rahi us se jyda nahi.. doctor mujhe Gravitor teb 60 mg thrice time in a day, teb wysolone 20 mg once in a day, teb azathioprine ip 50mg once in a day, shelccal HD once in a day de rhe hai is main 4 month se dwa kha Raha hu mujhe thoda v improvement nahi hai ..sir please mujhe btaye ki main aage kya kru main bahut mentally distrb hu..ye sare dwa lene se mujhe weakness aur muscle me khichao ho rha hai..sir please help please reply kriye...🙏

Hello Doctor, MG patient from Chennai, Tamilnadu. Took two times, one on 2022 July, then Feb 2023. I went to myasthenia crisis bz not taken prednisone. Now 2024 feeling good but right side from shoulder to above knee i feel weakness always. Vit d3 was low 8. Please tell me anyother supplements that i shd take.😊
