MyAudi: Creating a local User | Connectivity issue

I keep getting “Your login was not successful. Please try again later” there is still no fix for this???

Its been a year and seems like Audi Canada is still trying to fix it. Spend over 100K and the system doesnt even let you log in

I get login was not successful, please try again later. I went audi dealer and they didnt help me with it

Has there been an update since? I have received yesterday my Audi and I’m not able to login to my key user.
