Mine didnt come with the tool caddy

Depending on where you buy it, not all do (I bought from Costco, no tool caddy). But if you reach out to their customer service you can buy the caddy as a replacement part. It costs 9.99 plus shipping (4.99 in my case), so not too bad, especially if you already need another replacement part since the shipping covered both.
