Virgil Exner certainly was one of the best car designers of his time and really made cars from Chrysler look amazing and awe inspiring. The Dodge Matador is certainly a most interesting designed vehicle that was designed by a true automotive designer/artist.

Beautiful collection, but I love that Dodge Matador the most. Seeing that this video is 10 years old, I hope that Aivar is alive and healthy, and still able to continue enjoying his awesome cars👍

Beautiful collection, the '59 Plymouth has always been one of my top two favorite cars. I had a nice '58 Chrysler 2dr ht but built it into a stock car back in 1975. Live and learn I guess, but at least I had fun with it and good memories of racing days.

Talk about class and more I couldn't get no better than the mid 50's to the late 60's Chryslers,Dodges and Plymouths...

The old distributor or cam chain off a tooth story. my case it was the plug wires shifted over one spot tuning up my 57 Ford with the 312 at age 17 , after my Dad opened a boat repair shop in 1977 I learned how a Chevy V8 could have 4 different firing orders, depending on which way the engine faced or if it had a gear driven cam or not. orr if it was reverse rotation Happy times !

Hard choice, but if I was told I could own one of these 4 I would probably go for the Dodge Matadore. All 4 are pieces of art but the Matadore is so rare and unique!

I may be in a minority, but I have loved Virgil Exner's car designs since I discovered them a few years ago. All of these are works of art. A shame Chrysler has fallen so far

I never cared much for Chrysler product styling back then. I was a very young kid when these came out. Chrysler styling did not peak my interest until 1965 with the Chry. Crown Imperial. Just a beautiful luxury car. Then later in the 60s with the Chargers, Superbees, RoadRunners etc. I then became a fan. Bought a 69' RoadRunner in the mid 70s when I got my Lic.

Like certain musical scores, I can appreciate the creativity and complexity, but still not like them. Sorry, but the late 60's Mopars were the real beauties. But, to each his own. It's nice that some people like Duarte love them and preserve them for posterity.
