First of all, you hair looks fantastic 🤩. I’ve started using vivosun mats recently as well and definitely see a huge difference in my propagations and suffering plants. Using them in a “cold frame” I use indoors. I can’t believe how fast those dolphins grew!! 😮

Hi Nicole!!! I love using heat mats they are definitely a game changer, I have one at the bottom of my indoor green house with my propagations and plants in pots on top and I get roots on my cuttings really fast even my monstera Peru cuttings lol I never turn them off!!!🥰

Yay new growth!! 💚 I think the heat mats are amazing for prop boxes or struggling plants. Glad you were able to root piece of your Moms Jade. 😀

The mats are really low wattage, less than a grow light, so I have them all on extensions and they are fine (maximum wattage for most outlets is over 1.5kw so if your mats are 15w like mine, that would be 150 mats)

Another option, if you want to have something in a dome so you can see it better and it's prettier than a box, our Dollar Trees have these good sized domes for individual plants! They even have vents on top! I love prop boxes though. I am glad yours is doing so well

Yaaassss! I have my var compacta, polyneura and a few burtoniae under a dome and on top of a heat mat. Crossing my fingers the polyneura will do something soon. I bought a cutting forever ago and it hasn't changed at all in like a year. :/ Why, why won't they daisy chain?! Lights need to be on a timer. Mat stays on all the time so it does make for a mess of chords.

There is a 12 outlet on Amazon and a thermostat for all those mats would be great to keep it at a certain temperature that you want so the Matt's don't overheat cuz they can reach at very high temperature without a thermostat
