I inoculated an all in 1 bag with 5cc of LC and after 2 weeks there’s been no sign of mycelium growth. I’m going to wait another couple of weeks but if there’s still no sign of mycelium would I be able to inject more of the same LC into the same bag?

Yes, but you should already have lots of growth at this point if not fully colonized after a shake using liquid culture. Something is wrong here.

Have you done the qwontom experiment rit love one one bag and something special to you and see if ones better then the other that did it with water interesting and with freoncay to sand amazing shapes from just a werd or intent
