I just purchased and installed this software. I was hoping to find a tutorial on some basic start up information and came across this video through the ADJ website. I must say that although this video is somewhat helpful, it LACKS the information that I think a consumer would find very helpful. The person sounds tired and moves through the video just clicking and making changes but does not completely explain the sections or what the tabs he is selecting actually do. Sounds like he is bored so the video comes across as such. Based on the explanation provided on one of the comments below, this guys needs to get some rest as he does make them on his spare time in the wee early morning hours. So THANK YOU to him for going the extra mile. I know its called a CRASH COURSE video, however, I think ADJ as a main player in the lighting game should create more videos for this software in particular with a little more liveliness plus footage of some actual lighting fixtures in action. A video showing the fixtures corresponding to the changes made on the software would be more helpful to the consumer. Multi part videos would be great so you don't have to cram all the information into one video. Just my feedback. Thank you nonetheless.

Well I usually do them during my free time which is usually between 2-4am before I got to bed. Otherwise I'm far too busy to get them done.

If I create a scene and patch in moving heads, can I go back and add additional moving heads to those scenes or does it have to be made from the beginning?

do you still have the software to install on your pc? en can share? from the adj site it will take forever to download it.
Just a word of warning for anyone using MyDmx 3.0, in order for you to use Midi Timecode to sync, or any midi input or output, you must purchase an additional ad-don feature, Which IMO is a complete rip off.. £160 for MyDMX3.0 + £89 to make the software usable, think before buying this software.
