Neither. Victory was origionaly offered to members of the 16mm Narrow Gauge Modellers as a kit of laser cut frames and other finished parts that could be assembled with hand tools. It used commercial cylinders, valve gear wheels etc. On the website there are assembly details only and pictures of the laser cut sheets. I imported a snip of the laser sheets into Fusion as a canvas and was able to work out the dimentions and redraw as shown at the begining of the video. Valve gear details are available on the Roundhouse engineering site so I am hoping to work them out from that.
