I just had to come back after watching this video and let you know how grateful I am!! My husband always cooks the turkey for Thanksgiving, but he is fighting cancer and chemo is kicking his butt. It was just our immediate family, so I got the boneless turkey breast. Thanks to your directions, I was able to make the most delicious, moist turkey. Thank you for sharing this and making something in my world easy and perfect. I might even make another for Christmas!

I love the boneless turkey breasts but have always cooked them in a big conventional oven and wasn't sure if I wanted to try one in an air fryer, but you've given me the courage to try it! I would have never thought to use mayo to season the turkey but I'm going to do exactly what you've done because it looks great and I trust that it tastes great too. Thank you for your video!

This was my second air fryer kzbin.infoUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB . The last one worked fine but was large and a bit loud. This one is outstanding. It is smaller overall but still has plenty of capacity. It crisps the food better. You don't get one side soggy if you forget to turn it over. It is pretty quiet, easy to use, easy to clean, and works great. It chimes to alert you to functions, like when to turn over food that benefits from that. The automatic pre-heat is great. The display is large and easy to read, the light inside is actually useful. The window is worth the extra $10. It looks good sitting out on my counter. I haven't been this happy with an appliance for a long time. Good value for money.

Cooking for 2-3 people or eat for 2-3 people?? : ) Turkey breast is fantastic on sandwiches the day or two after. Mmm. I need to get myself one of those oil sprayers with those inbuilt sound effects. I have a turkey hindquarter. Do you recommend the same buttery goodness you used on the turkey roll or another marinade? Presumably the internal temp of 165f is the same for a hindquarter too?

Looks delicious. I'll try this, but will pull the netting off after when it looks like the meat has set enough to hold it's shape on it's own. (maybe 30 minutes?) In my mind, if you remove the netting at that point- before it gets too brown,...the netting won't stick when it's done. What are your thoughts?

Hi Troy B, My condolences for your loss. I wouldn't recommend removing the twine before cooking. The turkey breast falls flat. If you decide to remove it, just note that it will cook much faster and has a higher possibility of overcooking. I learned the hard way lol. I hope the turkey turns out amazing for you.
