For low carb, skip the flour and use heavy cream mixed with a good quality American cheese! Of course add chopped jalapeños or chopped green chilis…Start with the cheese over medium high heat (stirring regularly, so not to burn the cheese), and it depends on how much cheese you use as to how much heavy cream you have to use. Less cheese, less cream, etc… You can eyeball it, it’s truly that simple. Don’t be fooled though, it’s absolutely delicious!
