After watching videos years ago showing workers urinating, spitting, picking up food on the floor and whatever else they do is when I stopped eating in restaurants and fast food. I don’t eat grocery food (veggies or fruitthat are cut and packaged for sale. Get back to old school and prepare your food for your safety.

The main question i had was not answered how long was he working there before he got caught ? Theres no way that was his first time doing that foul stuff so how many people tasted this bum before he got caught . Yuck

It's sad, but that's the risk you take when eating out. The main reason I would tell people not to eat at McDonald's during Rush Hour and dinner time is because when I was a young employee there over a decade ago, when the lines would get really long, it would cause staff on the grill to get really stressed out to the place where if someone was to drop your food on the floor, they would easily pick that same burger, same nuggets up off of the floor, and give it to the customer anyway. So we all have to be mindful about where we eat, and always have them cook your food fresh in them fly by nights so that way you won't have to risk food poisoning.

Mr. Davis certainly did the right thing after the fact. He is to be commended for that because knowing what would ensue against him, he could have taken the "cowards way out" and just kept silent. I'm afraid that is what is going on in many food places. But the food industry is inherently "at risk" because of the surge of unknown people who will gravitate into it. A long time ago an ex friend told me that when ur sick or hungover pho is the best. So when i moved to houston i started going to pho hang grill off 1960 anytime im sick or just want pho. I been going there for 6 years. Addy is 1701 cypress. So back in February i was driving home from work and i saw that there was a building for sale. Im currently trying to invest in real estate so i decided to drive to look at the building. It happened to be behind that strip mall that houses that same pho place. Well as i was driving to look at the building for sale i drove in the back of the strip mall to get to it. i notice the back door of the pho restaurant just slam open. A mexican dude in black shirt and black apron burst out the door and hawk a big ass spitball just into the open air unto to sidewalk. The nastiest hawk i ever seen or heard. And he didnt just hawk it out his mouth he did it through his mouth and nose i would never forget cuz he had his cell phone in hand and the mucus was dripping off his face. He took his hand wiped it the best he could off his face then wiped his hand in his kitchen apron. I wish i had a dashcam to capture it but then again maybe thats a good thing. I was so traumatized dude i had to park up and just sit and process what i had seen. I sat for like 30 mins in the parking lot couldnt say. S word cuz i had eaten from there 2 weeks prior to that. I pulled up in front of the vape shop near it and i was so disgusted. You can google maps this to see im not bsing. I wrestled with confronting the restaurant but i was tired and im not a confrontational person but looking back i shouldve said something. ever since then in February i have cooked 100 percent of my meals i dont even eat when food is offered free at work anymore. Just seeing that at a place i ironically go to when im feeling sick was enough for me to change my ways.

I don’t eat fast food in CA, Oregon or WA because the workers either live on streets, so don’t shower daily or are weed smokers and vapers who take so long and uncoordinated, dropping food on the floor and putting back on the burger or in the bag.
