Good to see a no plastic kitchen. All the kitchen organisation ideas are only promoting use of plastics. Yours is unique madam. Thank you. Though I dont fully understand Tamil, I could get the feel. I will try your methods. One doubt, the labelling which you did for steel boxes will go away when they are washed right? So, we need to keep labelling. Am I correct?

Very nice arrangements & cute beautiful steel boxes. Small suggestion Asha,if you like it use it, orl'm very sorry - instead of keeping it on MW, you can buy under rack wire rack in Amazon, different sizes avilable- like the blue rack you are keeping. In MW main part like heart is pn the top only, last time the service technician told me, not to keep anything on MW & using any cover/ cloth on top, not good for the MW to be ventilate. Or ypu can keep.in any rack like the spice boxes you kept. Another one, next to Kadugu, please dont keep vendayam. Both side U.Paruppu, Ka paruppu, centre kadugu, so buy mistake , when lifting it mix np, sometimes, vendiyam spills inside & gives bitter taste.

Mam, please consider buying all groceries in bulk store instead of buying everything in plastic packages and bottles and them putting into steel. It’s not making any difference in plastic wastes. You can get bulk products at regular grocery shop or organic shops.

Asha for cooking don't use mineral water or copper vessel stored water. It is only for drinking purpose. Because mineral water is already purified retaining minerals Which is required for our body and removed the harmful minerals.And one more thing copper vessel also purifies the water when kept stored for 7 to 8 hours. So mineral water in copper vessel is not advisable . If u wish to store use within 3 to 4 hours. U will get a bitter taste if stored overnight. It is important to wash the copper vessel daily or once in two days.we can warm the Mineral water and not boil which will result in losing all the properties of water.
