For anyone wondering what that sign means, Navidson Realty is a reference to House of Leaves. There are multiple references actually, the door way behind the bookcase is based off the 5 and half minute hallway which goes way deep, like really deep; when you download the map file you get a couple google docs you can read that showcase the actually house the game is based off of alongside a diary with multiple entry's detailing the map creators time creating the house before he starts losing it. Describing nightmares he has had and the headaches he gets; The difficulty losing his friend and wanting to honor him; how this wad file wasn't even supposed to be a wad file as it wasn't his file he made to be put into the mod. The nightmares in particular are described and they are in the mod, the Christmas balls, wedding ring, sinking bath tub, childrens' playground, all of it is in the diary. This mod is amazing, and it's definitely a love letter to Doom mods and horror. Phenomenal stuff.

The small implications of a story the beginning of a game has; fighting demons in your home and finding your health depleted, naturally you look outside and see the opportunity for some relief in the way of an overheal. You leave the house looking for your healing but don't find it, peeking back into the windows you can see all the demons you've been fighting are waiting for you once more. You enter and time has obviously passed since you've been gone... try to leave again and you realize theres no escape. This is just the first twenty minutes and there's already an artistic representation of coming of age. In DOOM. And that's only reading into the first TWENTY MINUTES, and the WHOLE MOD has this much symbolism
