How to form verbs in Italian? As we learned in our previous grammar lesson, Italian verbs have a variable ending that conveys a lot of information: person, number, mood, and tense. Let's put it all into practice and conjugate some very common verbs in 2 useful tenses: present & imperfect, presente e imperfetto indicativo. Anna provides an example verb for all conjugations, and then it's your turn to do the exercises! Take your time and pause the video any time you need to. Andiamo!

Ho pensato che questi esercizi sarebbero facile, ma obbviamente devrò controllo i miei verbi e scriverli sulla mia taccuino attentamente. Sono appena ritornato da Sicilia dove ho passato una breve ma ottima vacanza. Vorrei che fosse ancora lì. Tuttavia l’italia non è tutta un questione di vacanze. Sono preoccupato dalla siccità profonda in Italia nord e centrale. Spero che il pioggia arrivi presto.

Hi Niccolò, the conjugation of pronominal verbs depends on the nature of the particles and pronouns they include: reflexive pronouns change for each person, while the particles ci and ne don't. For example, the conjugation of provarci is easy: io ci provo, tu ci provi, lui ci prova, etc. With andarsene, the reflexive particle changes, while ne of course remains the same: io me ne vado, tu te ne vai, lui se ne va, etc. I show the conjugation of some common pronominal verbs in this listening practice video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/npzQpnuQe9manZo :)

I am studying Italian.I do not understand any of it.I would say,one must be good at Speaking,Listening,Writing and Reading.I am not.Grammar I will never understand.Out of ten,I would say I have two.I can only do my best,but my best is terrible.I ask myself,should I continue on the course.
