This man has given a great account. However, he should know that there was no "vacuum" after the strike by Nii kwabena Boney... In fact, it was a well collaborated plan by Nkrumah and the Chief (Kwabena Boney). It was rather Nkrumah who was hiding behind the scene (after conniving secretly in support of Chief Boney's plan - to wit, all was well orchestrated by Nkrumah but carried out with the COURAGE of Chief Kwabena Boney). That is the reason why in Kumasi, Krobo Adusei was leading the campaign for the strike in Ashanti Region. In other words, almost all the campaigners of the strike were well-known CPP supporters. So it was a grand plan, collaborated by Nkrumah and Chief Kwabena Boney, no wonder why at the end Nkrumah was solely left behind bars whilst all the others were allowed to go free. Nkrumah, therefore did not take advantage of the situation but rather he was the architect (behind the scene). That is a well known fact - it all happened in a collaborated style - not because of Nkrumah taking advantage...
