The NDC is lying about the Quayson case because supposedly he was served before he was sworn into parliament. So therefore Quayson case is totally different. Even then it’s surprising that in the NDCs fight for power, they’re willing to trample on the rights of 4 constituencies that would not have representation in parliament, just to gain the majority in parliament.

Go and read what npp constitution says about a member contesting against another member, come back and argue. You want the court to interpret what a class 3 can read and understand.
