Garry, at least give your listeners and viewers some credit of intelligence. Individuals speaking for NPP on this issue do not advance a principled argument. It is shocking!!!

These NPP people, who do théy think they are? They think they can juggle the law any how? Per my little understanding of the law, we have implied and express. The constitution expresses it cleanly that any cross carpeting is forefeiture of your seat. It's also and can be implied that by their filing independently they forefeit their seats. We don't need anyone to tell us. Speaker should not open the parliament

The level of disingenuousness and lack of principles is what even shocks me. Things cannot be interpreted as right or wrong when it suits you.

1.Why do we pretend in this country like this, which part of Article 97 (g) needs interpretation? 2.What does the NPPs own constitution say? 3.Why can't the supreme court just go ahead with all this time to interpret the said Article with the same speed at which they injuncted parliament ?

Does the Speaker respect the sc? If yes, he would receive the documents without arguments, and nicely tell the sc that the letters were not rightly served according to the law. How the speaker treated the letters from the sc shows that he doesn't respect the sc, and that's very unfortunate. The disrespect of the speaker for the sc isn't for the sc alone, but for every institution of the state, and such a person shd not be a speaker of our lawmaking body.

I will never hire this Gary Nimako guy to represent me. We are now seeing the sort of law the NPP do. This Gary Nimako don't know anything about law

You this station shouldn't and never do these things to Ghanaians. You claim you are educating but you are twisting the materials to misinform the public. The where program you published gave both sides to speak now you have posted just this, being so biased about the whole facts. This man as you respected him should be ashamed of himself saying things as he's saying it as a lawyer. I'm not an NDC, but for the sakes of the country, let's be truthful to ourselves as people by giving the whole truth. The NDC man did well and should be applauded for holding the Constitution high. Thank you.
