Hey NPP, it’s time for you to wake up, accept your failure, you have already proved us your incompetence during 8 years, so fighting for majorities or seats won’t change anything Just get ready for court next year, you will have to give back our funds‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

One thing these moderators don’t understand is that their viewers and listeners are not daft; some are in fact, smarter than them, others were their teachers and experts on the issue being discussed and Instead of approaching the program with humility they keep jumping into the discussions sometimes exposing their ignorance and biases! I hope Samson stays neutral and professional! Sometimes he is guilty of being clearly bias and disrespectful towards some of his guests! This is a fact!
@holychrist8656Ай бұрын
Good observations. Samson lardy anyenini, evans mensah, koojo yankson and emefa apawu are the most guilty of this. They behave this way to please whoever is their paymaster(s)

@albertekuful4830Ай бұрын
The laws are drafted in simple English, people shouldnt assume we can't read and understand. The literal rule of interpretation takes precedence over other rules of interpretation.
@georgeaddy6019Ай бұрын
Oh Sampson, what are you saying? That complying with court orders means don’t follow your internal processes to comply with it? Aaaba
@ForGodAndCountry-v4fАй бұрын
The Supreme Court is not the most powerful organ of government in Ghana. There are 3 co equal arms of government, which are and or suppose to be equally balanced in terms of power.
@josephmensah6322Ай бұрын
Samson is just being ignorance. He should know that supreme court order is not to NDC caucus in parliament but to speaker. He should also know that NDC caucus was not a party to the case Afenyo Markim sent to court so NDC will only take orders from the speaker of parliament.
@davidagyenimboateng6948Ай бұрын
The funny thing is, at least 3 of these MPs are not even bordered about their seats being made vacant. They themselves have vacated their seats already and are busily campaigning in their new found party/independent

It is apparent that the framers of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana were so intelligent that, the lawyers of Ghana now can not understand what they wrote. Which is a shame. My understanding of what the framers meant is that whoever crosses carpet in a Session of Parliament loses his or her seat for that Parliament Session. It does not and cannot apply to someone who files to cross carpet for the next Parliament Session. It is very insulting to the Ghanaian public that the so-called intellectuals cannot understand the simple English and the brain behind those articles of the Constitution.
@albertekuful4830Ай бұрын
They can't understand because they refused to take part in the Consultative Assembly that drafted the constitution.
@davidagyenimboateng6948Ай бұрын
The Speaker was part of those so intelligent framers of the constitution and just recently, I listened to another framer and he was so straight to the point and even sited, the SC can't just make any interpretation and so refer to a certain document to understand the real meaning of the article

All the lawyers are politicians. In fact they go to law school just so they become politicians. That's why our governance is so screwed up, because all the people running our systems are not trained to govern.

So it means NPP agrees that their own law does not agree with the constitution and therefore must not be regarded as a party. Because Every legal organization to be recognized in Ghana as an organization or a party must have a law that obey the constitution but not against the constitution . Npp and arogance😂

So if the NDC knew that the jurisdiction to determine whether a vacancy has been created in Parliament is the preserve of the High Court, why didn't Ato Forson or Haruna Iddrisu not go to the High Court for that determination but chose to go through the Speaker?
@lawrenceamegboe8183Ай бұрын
That's the dumbest statement I've ever heard, especially when you know Speaker Mike Ocquaye had set a precedent. Some of you ought to respect your brains and stop fooling. Thats a stupid question to be honest with you.
@srcitizen51Ай бұрын
@lawrenceamegboe8183 your illiterate and irresponsible father who brought you up was so stupid and senseless he couldn't make you understand precedence could be good or bad. The fact that John Dramani Mahama set a precedence for being the only Ghanaian who, as a VP and as a president, has been confirmed to have taken bribes from Airbus, Embraer, Armajaro, Burkinabee Kanazue and AKSA Erneji does mean it's okay for another VP to do same. Stop shouting "precedence, precedence" just because you hear some gullible people like you do so.
