I'm 6'5 240lbs. I was a D1 receiver and to me this guy's just an absolute freak. Probably the most athletic guy in the league. I tested a 37 inch vert, I can't imagine the power output it takes to pop a 41 inch vert at 270, let alone throwing down 360 eastbays dunking.

I see a lot of guys saying that they want to look like him so they are going to train like him… WRONG. Unless you don’t need to work a job you simply will not have the time nor energy to get in a similar amount of work. It’s not just the work in the gym that gets him like that. It’s the reps at his position that further develops his body through the weekday practices and the games on Sunday. If you can fit in an hour of gym, an hour and a half of explosive/loaded movement (playing DE) 4 days a week. Complete a loaded 5 hour activity on the weekend (mimic a football game) and consume all the nutrition you need then maybe. Try all of that with a 40 hour a week job. You won’t have any close relationships or a network built up because you’re just training. I don’t want to be a complete downer but you gotta be realistic. His body looks the way it does because of freak genetics and it is a reflection of the activities he does. I do think it’s somewhat achievable through other methods like a body building program with an athlete day mixed, have extremely dialed nutrition, and take some juice and it’s certainly possible.
