As a widowed senior citizen looking for my own space but with my family, this does it for me!! I can see my grandkids up in that loft! They may never go home :-) And I'm dreaming of family get togethers on that deck. Me in one of those lounge chairs with an adult beverage supervising it all LOL It's PERFECT! The only thing I would add is a small table in the bedroom that's accessible from the bed when it's in it's more upright position. I sleep on one now and have found it an ongoing issue, finding a table that works in that space. And now - *scampers off to find a nearby dealer* Debbie

Holy crap! The teen would love the loft, we would probably put walls up where the rails are for extra privacy (for wall hangings too) but that would be a personal thing. One thing i have been missing is these tours are the spots for the family pet. A couple years ago we were seeing pet dishes under the cabinets but now they are gone? I know its niche but a lot of people who have RVs and campers tend to bring Fido or Fluffy along. (Heck my neighbor lives in a smaller one than me both 2 cats idk how he does it)

It needs a sunroof or a moonroof, which ever works out better. To look at the stars at night. With a cover so it can be closed during the day. The glass should be clear to see the stars. It would make the loft my favorite place to chill. And the porch.

It boils down to how well it is insulated. Warm or cold climates require good insulation for energy efficiency. Tiny homes created a whole new niche. And hand builders cannot compete with the mass production capabilities of current trailer manufacturers that lost their way. (and i'm glad to see it). We are seeing great products because of the tiny home genre.

Beautiful RV. The footwell in the loft is a nice touch. Love the automatic shades, LG fridge, adjustable tilt bed in master bedroom, and the rear sundeck. Some of the negatives I have are the ceiling height in the shower, I'm 6'-7", the lack of pass through storage, and it doesn't look like it has an area for an Onan propane RV generator. Pull up side tables near the living room Sofa would be beneficial for people who want to have a snack while watching t v. Back deck area is impractical if you have wildlife , such as bears and mosquitoes. There's no netting to prevent mosquitoes and having the outdoor food area would also attract bears , especially the under the sink area fridge. The 2 layer effect with a loft is an amazing add-on, but a loss is losing a bathroom at the end, with the pullout Deck. Well done Forest River! ❤

Let's see a 2 bedroom rv, separate dining/kitchen, and huge living room, with a loft or bunkhouse under 38 ft.

The problem is, you are not being specific enough with exactly what you would like with your living arrangements and area. Also, the bottom line is, this boils down to square footage plain and simple. You want all of what you are saying in something that is under 38 ft so essentially you want this all to fit in a 37 ft or 37 ft 6 inch camper or floor plan. That is all well and good but the problem is, you always have to end up sacrificing something in some area if you want it more in another area. It is unfortunately that simple. It's fine that you want to do away with the deck and potentially make that into the second bedroom. However, you said that you want a "decent" living room space. Well, what do you consider "decent"? The thing is, what you consider decent or reasonable might not be decent or reasonable to somebody else. So, you have to be specific. How much room "specifically" do you want in the living room area? First you said that you want a "decent" amount of room for the living room area but then just a few sentences later, you said that you want the living room to be "huge". So, which is it because it is either one or the other. And again, you need to be specific because you yourself are not even being specific because you are going back and forth. You also mentioned that you want a space for kids but again, what do you mean specifically when you type this? Do you mean that you want a two bedroom RV THAT ALSO HAS a bunkhouse or living area for kids AND ALSO HAS a separate space for the kids to play AND ALSO AT THE SAME TIME has a "large" living room and a separate dining/kitchen area? It's like you want six or seven different rooms all in this one RV so I don't know that even you know what you want yourself. So, when you say that you want a "space for kids", what do you EXACTLY mean by this? Are you referring to just having a space for the kids to sleep or a space for the kids to run around and play or a space for the kids to just do their homework at OR ALL 3 SEPARATELY IN THE SAME RV? There's so much that we need to know in order to try and figure out what it is that you want. If you want a small area for the kids to do homework but also want to have that be their sleeping area at the same time, I'm sure that can be easily done. However, if you are looking for an area that is meant to be a sleeping area but then a completely separate area for them to run around and play in and then another completely separate area for them to do their homework in, I don't know how you're going to achieve that in such a small footprint. Also, you mentioned that you would like a separate dining/kitchen area but do you want the dining and kitchen area to be together or separate? Again, you are not being specific enough. You put the word "separate" in front of the words "dining/kitchen" so we don't know exactly what you mean. How do you want to "separate" the dining and kitchen area from each other if that is what you are referring to? Do you want a table or a counter to separate them or do you want a short wall or a full wall in between? Or, do you want a fairly "open" area between both so you can transition from one to the other without any disruptions or problems? Is this supposed to be on a single level or can it be multi level? You mentioned "loft or bunkhouse" so that pretty much answers that. I think you should sit down and measure out and design what you have in mind and I think you would find that you are probably too limited with square footage. You have to keep in mind that you also have to allow for the structural Integrity of the camper as well so if you have lofts or things like that, you have to account for there to be enough room to have the proper structure in place for the floor and everything else.

I just loved this RV. In order to make it my kind of perfect, I would 1. Add a front separate bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk in closet; 2. Add a double openinh door in front of the island in the kitchen; 3. Make a middle patio coming from the double sliding door I 'd add to the front of the kitchen island. I know... very very very unlukely to be done... but a girl may dream, right?

Unfortunately, this is not the genre of RV that we are interested in, but I was impressed at some of the innovations, i.e., everything about the back deck, everything about that loft, etc. Of course there were some things I was not a fan of, but overall I really like this. Unfortunately, we don’t want to stay put in one place, so a park model just won’t work. One suggestion I would make, however, is that there is not even close to enough storage in the master. While I love all of the natural light, I would have sacrificed a bit to bring more storage into that room.

I'm still waiting for a true 2 story, I've been inside real 2 story rvs and you can stand up on both floors instead of a crawl in loft, even the 50s had them 8' wide x 35' long x 12' tall, perfectly towable but with a stand up second floor, why aren't modern rvs taking advantage of that? The 50s even had rv size trailers that had an outer shell that would slide out doubling the width making them the first double wides, now we're stuck with skinny slide outs and child size lofts, it's so depressing 😢
@mylesrv

This doesn't make sense to me... if an RV is 12ft tall, that's shorter than this RV, and at least 2ft-3ft of that height is the wheels and frame, so to have a double decker RV, each floor would have to be about 4ft tall.

We bought a brand new 2015 travel trailer 37 feet long. We bought it in Southington Connecticut. because I didn’t buy the extended warranty. I spent most of my time at home loosing 5k on the campsite we paid for the 6 month season because of all the repairs that we had to pay for. the repairs started when the camper was around two months old and we ended up selling it the second year because I couldn’t take it no more. we had a leak in the tub. We had a problem with that the gas stove the air conditioner broke and they put a black used one on the roof. The motor of the awning broke and it took two weeks before a service man could come to repair it. And the cost was unbelievable, for a fully paid , brand new camper to cost so much. It’s was a Salem travel trailer and I would never buy another one. The camper cost us over 25k and we sold it for 16k. I would never buy from this company again. Beware of how nice everything looks. U don’t know how fast they build these campers and rush them out the door.

A lot of nice features. As someone who lives in a RV stop, i have noticed not many people use the back porch. Majority of the time it is in the direct sun, no shade to sit. I like the area in the loft nice space not sure how it would be with a bad back I'm only 5 foot. Doesnt look like another good seating area for work table. The kitchen counter is too tall to sit comfortably without dangling feet. I have seen trailers like this, they have almost every shade closed. It would be like living in a fish tank. I have worked in places like that. Really think most wouldn't want the tv sitting in front of the window, sun damage to back. I have cats, where do I put the litter boxes? How do you protect yourself from breaking in by thief's or even worse... Glass is nice, but on a trailer that's on the road even if it is only twice a year. It is not very practical no matter where it is parked. You do have some nice ideas and details.

So much to like about the floorplan, but I would make some little changes. Install slide out shelves in the kitchen cabìnets; enclose the open shelves in the loft, (otherwise when filled with stuff will look cluttered and unappealing); put a small dishwasher in the kitchen, make the loft table a flush drop down for extra sleeping space, and remove some of the windows in the bedroom. Fish bowl vibes for sure.😊

Really like this. We have looked at Fifth Wheels, but this might be a better option for two people.

For us the bathroom breaks the deal. Too short. Love the rest of it.....well not the loft. We wouldn't need a loft but it's a great rv.

Make that patio a lift system to put a bike on, and sold I’ll take one. They can do a tilt up sink and the grill can be stored on the inside for travel.

I like it but i would like to see a RV geared towards a single person. not quite this big but one that had all the room for 1 maybe 2 people. No children.

I actually do get it, but I do believe that comes in when you actually order your trailer and that’s the part of the feature that would be custom and you would actually probably have to ask what you could actually put in the space that you would’ve had maybe bunkbeds or a apparatus that makes it into a bedthat you do not need maybe you could put some extra storage or maybe if it’s near maybe a bathroom or some sort space or extra kitchen space or maybe a slight upgrade an appliances instead of RV small appliances maybe get more of a RV commercial, big appliances, but I think you would have to ask the manufacturer that’s going to be custom making your RV

The kitchen on deck is too much. I would like to have the space for people. More storage everywhere. Curtains in the loft go long way also so you can change the way beds go so each person can have storage cubbies, with a curtain divider .

Absolutely love this design, but the shower height makes it a no-go for my 6’6” husband. Any other tall people have suggestions for campers with plenty of head room in the shower? Thanks!

Instead of a 3 ft loft, you should consider putting in a pop up roof to make it a 6 ft second story. That would allow you to walk our onto the roof over the kitchen/living room and crete another outside living space.

I love the extended patio, and the huge loft space! It's interesting to see new innovation in this market. I am not a fan of the storage above the bed, it clutters it too much.

I would suggest that people be extremely skeptical and careful when doing business with Blue Compass because I just watched a video from the channel called Liz Amazing (great channel by the way) that does a ton of videos about people having issues with their RVs and her most recent video covered somebody that had an issue with their RV and they purchased it from a Blue Compass location and they were not happy. Obviously no business is perfect every single time but with so many issues going on in the RV industry especially over the last four to five years, I would be extremely hesitant to purchase a new one and actually would not even recommend anything newer than four or five years old. However, I would definitely talk to many people to find out if they were happy with doing business with the same place that you were considering and look into the place and scrutinize it with a fine tooth comb before I even considered handing my money over to them. Keep in mind that it may not necessarily be the dealer that is always the bad person in the situation but you have to understand that they are the ones that you deal with directly and if they are not able to get anything done from the manufacturer, where does that leave you? It leaves you shit out of luck and dealing with a manufacturer and often times, that can suck. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some MAJOR headaches and stress and just don't waste your money and time buying a new RV. Get something used.

Seems weird the rear deck doesn't fold up (this floor space would be nice in the living room which seems small for the number of possible beds), and can't be used for toy hauling (dirt bike, ATV). I saw they were changing to the top retracted over the roof, would be nice if it could be extended over the entire deck, and screening pulled around it. Loft appears to be built for use as 2 bedrooms, pull out solid dividers instead of curtains here would be nice. Another noted a solid divider to ceiling along steps to fully separate the loft bedroom, and provide cabinets opening in either or both directions. A roof deck with fold down top and railing would be nice, room to access from the loft bedroom. Another noted pull up end tables in sitting area. I would lean toward replacing ottomans with a coffee table that can be raised to a regular table. Nominal difference - move door to bedroom out next to door to bathroom, given the choice the floor space would be better used in the bedroom instead of a hallway.

My goodness!! This is amazing. So much thought and detail. It's absolutely crazy. If they could just come up with a half ton truck towable with a loft. With a table and drop for feet. Man what a billion dollars deal everyone would buy. Especially for single men and women that have family that may one day stay with them.

Hi, I’m newer to the RV scene. My brother has slowly gotten me interested. I have a special needs 12 year old, and I’m really interested in finding DURABLE rvs. Nothing really fancy, just durable material that can handle spills and little tough love. I realize this may be asking too much of a mobile vehicle, which is why I rather just be told straight from the jump if what I’m looking for is just not practical for these vehicles.
