Just a suggestion to an already great floor plan, but you know those happyjack type bunks that lower from the ceiling, maybe they could add one in the back office? Really great RV 😊

I love the blinds in this camper, no fuss. That office is fabulous, loads of storage, and nothing under the desk so you don’t have to watch your knees or sit in an awkward position to avoid something, but you could use some storage bins under there if you wanted to. The kitchen is perfect (I’ll forgive the small vent!), the sink and cook top are centralised so you don’t feel enclosed when you’re trying to do stuff. Is there storage behind the fireplace or is it taken up by the tv going down? I love that the pantry has adjustable shelves. I would prefer the cabinets to go up to the ceiling, it’s just a dust trap otherwise. Good size medicine cabinet and pretty good storage. I don’t like the curtains, I think blinds would be better. Good storage in the bedroom, and a decent mattress! This is a great camper, definitely one to live in! I’d change the colour of the pull out bed, that colour, even stainguarded is going to look rough after a couple of uses! I’d also like reachable bedside stands, for a drink, book, tablet etc. But those are petty things, I know.

Love this overall. My only wishlist item is that the shelves be adjustable. I have problems with fixed shelving all the time... especially in the kitchen if you have larger or taller items, like InstaPot, etc.

This might be my favorite RV of all time right now. Very considerate design, still being modern. The only thing I wish was that the washer dyers were already set up in the unit, preferably like the set up that comes inside the restroom, in the event there's a leak or anything like that. That extra space needed also means your restroom has a little bit more space. Those couches and seating arrangements are perfeft and the office is perfect. I'm impressed 🎉

In regards to the office space. It is absolutely stunning and I’m very happy. They came out with this model. One thing about Brinkley is they like to listen to their customers and feedback. The same thing I would suggest for the 3250 with a desk is if it can fold down, that would be nice on this particular model. I would suggest having it an L-shaped desk out of two pieces and that way, if this was used for a washer dryer on the left, you could have just your desk on the right and you wouldn’t have to have your desk the entire thing up at a certain height. But if it was in two pieces and when it came together, it was pretty much seamless. I think that would be great and you can just have one piece the longer piece the other piece a shorter piece. You could even fold down one piece or remove one of the pieces and put a beanbag that a kid could sit on while you’re doing your work and they could read or I mean it can be used for anything but I would suggest that. On the 3250 toy hauler they have that 6 foot storage in the toy hauler face and the desk does move up and down, but if I needed to utilize the entire space because the table/desk does not fold down And become flush with the wall, it hinders the space that I can use to put my motorcycle or electric bike in. If I have to pick the entire thing up and remove it out then I have to find a place to store it. I am fixing to purchase my RV this coming week. I really really really wanna buy a Brinkley more than anything.

I am purchasing an RV within the next two weeks to live in full-time. I will be traveling alone. Brinkley‘s feel safe. I believe in everything their company and what stand for. Brinkley goes above and beyond for not just their customers, but outsiders who give their feedback-THEY LISTEN and you feel heard. However, it’s hard to find one model that fits everything that I personally am looking for. I love Brinkley and more than anything. I’ve had my heart set on Brinkley for the last year and a half. Now that it’s come time to buy, I just can’t find one that checks all the boxes for me personally. I have literally spreadsheets and notes on every single Brinkley and I love so many things about each one. I just wish I could put them all together to create what I need. I know that’s not possible. Even though I don’t believe I will end up with a Brinkley, I will still recommend them to anyone anyway. I would recommend Brinkly to anyone any day. I am going to end up probably with the The Durango Gold with the half bunk and the patio or the Heartland Cortana. The Cortana reminds me of Brinkley in a lot of ways. Brinkley, I feel is more farm Halsey the Cortana is more modern, but I absolutely love it. It is lowered price and it would need some adjustments like adding soft hinges and handles on things and the suspension on the raise up bed. That’s all stuff that can be put in for cheap. I know our rabbit trail on this. I just feel like I have so much input on all your videos that I would love to collaborate with you.

One of the reasons we are seriously considering this model is the W/D hookups in the office. This will allow more closet space in the bedroom.

@@nstycrv Buy a coach with a mid deck bathroom. I FT and do not need one. If my partner is pooping that much in 240 square feet, they need to fix their diet. You need a separate bathroom because your partner snores? Tell me how that works lol A second bathroom is more risk with plumbing issues to your coach, which are not made like home quality lol Most people in wheel chairs are not living in RV's. They get section 8. Fix your diet and 85% of your health issues will resolve lol. Unhealthy people snore... they are mouth breathers, so learn to breathe through your nose like you are supposed to. @@MarieLamour-cv1jc Ok, so cramming your family or friends into a single-bathroom, one-bedroom RV is the ultimate hack? Cute. So, let’s get real for a second and break it down for those living the full-time RV dream with actual humans. Picture this: you’re a 45-year-old dad road-tripping with your 25-year-old kid, or maybe you’re juggling a grandparent who can’t move around easily alongside a high-energy grandchild, or 2 college friends decide to take a 2 month trip around the US. Sharing one bedroom and bathroom? Brilliant plan… if you love synchronized bathroom schedules. How about finishing your morning coffee and rushing to the commode just to have to wait 10 minutes because your daughter or friend is in the shower? You gonna run out into the campsite woods with a roll of toilet paper, a shovel and a copy of better homes and gardens? Or maybe you want to take a shower and your buddy just dropped the biggest baddest deuce of his life. Separate living spaces unless your married or dating is common sense. And about the whole “just share a bedroom” idea. Full-time RV living isn’t a weekend camping trip. It’s a lifestyle. Without separate bedrooms, you’re not just giving up privacy; you’re signing up for constant lack of your own space, nowhere to get away if needed, and eventually the slow build-up to a mental breakdown. Separate bedrooms give you a sanctuary, a place to escape and without that, you might as well start practicing your “I can’t take it anymore” speech now. And then there’s the snoring situation. Oh, you think it’s no big deal? Try sleeping in a metal box where the person next to you sounds like a chainsaw with a vendetta. Snoring is just the beginning-what about when you’re a night owl and your partner’s a 9 p.m. lights-out type? Or when you just need a break from people? Separate bedrooms aren’t a luxury; they’re a sanity saver. Everyone needs their own space to recharge, especially when you’re living in each other's pockets 24/7. Without it, you’re just a noise complaint waiting to happen. Now, let’s tackle the “just fix your diet” crowd. Unless you’ve got a magic wand to cure sleep apnea, mobility issues, or other medical conditions, an extra bathroom isn’t just "nice to have"-it's essential. Some of us live in the real world, where not everything can be solved with kale smoothies or a diet tweak. Accessibility matters, and when you’re in a 240-square-foot space, having an extra bathroom can be the difference between a functional trip and a logistical nightmare. Worried about plumbing issues with more bathrooms? Fair. But let me paint a picture: you’re in the middle of nowhere, and your only toilet decides today’s the day it takes a vacation. Now imagine that with five people and one bathroom. Yeah, not pretty. More bathrooms might mean more potential for plumbing drama, but having only one bathroom in an RV is a disaster in the making-especially when you're miles from the nearest repair shop. So, let's get real: thinking you can cram your entire family into a single-bathroom, one-bedroom RV and expect it to be a magical experience is like thinking you can solve world hunger with a bag of chips. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms aren't just a luxury; they're common sense. It's like saying you don't need a kitchen because you can just eat out every meal. RV living is about enjoying the journey, not enduring it. So, ditch the delusions and start planning your space accordingly. Your sanity will thank you.
