Thanks Kamil. I'm using myLife CamAPS FX and I love it. Another big difference is that the cost of the algorithm is included in the cost of the pump (here in the UK) so its much easier for clinics to fully fund a CamAPS FX-driven hybrid closed loop with Ypsopump than it is with Dana pumps.

That's interesting. My daughter just got the latest Ypsopump, and we are thinking of self funding Dexcom 6 for a trial period, with a view to moving to myLife CamAPS FX for closed loop. Are you doing the same? I'm thinking if NHS support later then gives us the option to upgrade to either Dexcom 7 or Libre 3 still using myLife CamAPS FX.

The ypsomed pumps are just great as well. Swiss design, small, simple. Does everything I need replaceable battery so you're not stuck with an internal battery that gets weaker with every passing month like the tandem. Medtronic make great pumps but the cgm system is the poorest of the lot and the pumps are brick like in comparison.

I was told by a rep this week 2025. Much harder to get an app on the apple app store than Android I'm afraid. A lot more hoops to jump through. The system is so good it's worth buying a cheap android samsung A14 or something and just using it solely for the cam aps app.

It’s Dexcom G6 with a different app tailored to a broad population of people with diabetes - especially MDI users as it doesn’t connect to devices/ watches etc
